Welcome to Zambia. Buya Village Foundation is founded on the need of the Communities in rural Zambia. Buya means Development, Beautiful and also stand for wonderful future of the Village.

Buya Village Foundation is looking into the empowerment of the local women and children with life skills to fight poverty the main causes of HIV/AIDS leaving alot of Orphans in the hands of grandmothers and the streets of Zambia. 

Most of the population in the rural Zambia has a high percentage of Women without literacy. 

Buya Village  Foundation strongly believe that we can help a child to build a strong family and a great future through Life Skills Training and early literacy and the right to play in a clean environment. Feeding a child and providing shelter to a homeless is part of our Mission, but it is not the solution to ending poverty cycle, therefore, Our main goal is empowerment through Life Skills training, Literacy, Education, Nutrition and farming.
